Football Registration

To register for the football or cheer program, all players must first establish an online account in our new system.   You will only need to create an account once, and the account is for your entire family.

Program Fees:

Varsity/JV football fee is $900 for the year and includes the cost for Off Season workout gym time, Spring Training and the National Tournament Entry Fee, and all equipment.

Middle School football fee is $400 for the year and includes the cost for Spring Training, and game jerseys.

Note about Payment Plans: During check out the entire season fee will be shown and it makes it appear that you are being asked to pay the full amount. However, once you go to the next screen you will see the options for payment plans.  Do not enter your credit card information until you have chosen a plan!

NOTE: As you process your financial commitment through registration, HSAA football and cheer offers no refunds for any reason.

Player Forms 2019

Form should be downloaded, completed and emailed or returned to the appropriate Team Administrator after registration is complete.

New Families:

Please follow the instructions below to set up a NEW account for your FAMILY.   You will be creating a single FAMILY account, which will be used for your child(ren) while playing HSAA Football. If you have more than one child playing, you only need to set up one FAMILY account.

Click on the register link at the bottom of this page when you are ready to register (please read through this page first). The steps include:

  • New Customer Primary Contact: Create your  account, Primary parent’s information goes here. Please enter information for the parent who will typically read/respond to emails and texts on last-minute field changes, etc.
  • Primary Contact Information: Enter Primary PARENT/GUARDIAN information and then Secondary PARENT/GUARDIAN information here.
  • Add a New Participant: Player’s information is recorded here.
  • Once the first Participant (Player) has been added, you may either…
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Update and Add Another Participant”, if you have more than one child to register.
    • Choose the program that you wish to register for and click “Next”.

Please note: if you have more than one Participant (Player), there will be a list of programs that are available for that player under each player’s name.  Also, one thing to be aware of is as you are going through the registration process, you will come to a page asking about volunteers.  This page refers to coaches and assistant coaches only and provides the forms that coaches are required to fill out annually.You do not need to anything with that page.  Parent volunteer interest is handled in the registration process questions. Volunteer sign ups will take place after teams are formed.

After you register with a specific program, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm registration. Please note that your registration is not final until you complete the payment page.  Once you have created an account, log into that account for any future registrations. (Do not create a new account).

To check the status of your account once established, click on the LOGIN button in the top right corner of our home page.  You will need to enter the username and password that you entered when you first created your account. If you can not remember your login information, please click “login” in the top right, then the “Forgot Your Username and Password” button and enter your current email address.

  1. Once on the registration page, click on the My Account button in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Please verify and/or update your personal contact information.
  3. To register your child for the new season click on the Register button under your name.
